The Pine-Clad Peak of Sharan Forest
Manshi Top is actually a small meadow atop of Sharan forest with an average elevation of above 3000m. Its almost a hike of 2-3 hours from Sharan Camping Pods. Difficulty of this hike is moderate and traversing few pin loops above the pine trees brings one to these lofty meadows, offering an unhindered view of Kaghan Valley with Kunhar river snaking through its densely forested ridges. In winters its almost impossible to trek uphill here, due to immense precipitation resulting in snow levels rising above 6 feet ahead of Sharan Forest.
