TERMS & CONDITIONS for Group tours
Traverse Pakistan strictly follows these terms and conditions. You are supposed to read all of them before signing up for a trip with us.
Registered members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip having the details of the trip along with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form along with thumb impression.

 

    1. The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
    2. Use of violent behaviour including altercation, insinuations of indecent kind, verbal and physical abuse and assault, aggravated behaviour, or any other act amounting to unbecoming of member are strictly prohibited.
    3. All members would give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins. Water bottles, wrappers etc) shall be suitably disposed of without polluting water sources.
    4. The host reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive a full refund.
    5. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond the control of the hosts like the unavailability of hotels after the closing date of registration. In such a situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
    6. On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air-conditioned buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
    7. Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still, each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
    8. In case of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
    9. On an adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
    10. Organizers reserve the right to assign seats in the Coaster/Hiroof.
    11. The Organizers reserve the right to use group photos for electronic/digital media.
    12. Smoking in transport is strictly prohibited.
    13. The Organizers reserve the right to terminate/regret any participant due to indiscipline,

    15. Read the Services not Included Portion Carefully
    16. Prices mentioned on the website are not final, and can vary. If prices are different than Traverse will start the process immediately and it can take a few days for the account to appear in your account, there can be instances where price mentioned is less than actual cost

 

Cancellation Policy for Group / Public Tours:

Following cancellation policy will be applied as per the Total Price per Person according to chosen Departure and Add-On while booking the trip.

14 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

50% Cancellation charges will be applied.

7 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

75% Cancellation charges will be applied.

3 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

100% Cancellation charges will be applied.

1 Day before the Date of Departure for the trip:

100% Cancellation charges will be applied.

Group tours or public tours are arranged by Traverse Pakistan on specified dates for specified destinations.

Cancellation Policy for Custom / Private Tours:

The following cancellation policy will be applied as per the Total Price Agreed with Traverse Pakistan / Shown on the Website against Set or Any of these services i.e. Transport, flight tickets, Hotel Bookings, Guide & Photography etc.

30 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

75% Cancellation charges will be applied.

7 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

100% Cancellation charges will be applied.

3 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

100% Cancellation charges will be applied.

1 Day before the Date of Departure for the trip:

100% Cancellation charges will be applied.

In case of Flight Cancellation within Pakistan or Road Closure due to Landsliding or any Natural reasons Client May:

Reschedule his/her trip or booked services:

 

    • Within 6 Months of the Date of Booking the trip. (*Might vary in certain cases)
        • Price for Rescheduled Trip or Services Might vary as per new dates.

Cancel his/her trip or booked services:

 

    • This will result in at least 50% cancellation charges as per the Total Price of the Trip or Booked Services. This amount will vary as per respective Hotels or Booked Services and Time of Cancellation; Final Cancellation charges shall be decided by Traverse Pakistan according to each Trip or Booked Service.

Cancellation Policy for Transport Service:

The following cancellation policy will be applied as per the total Price per Person according to chosen Departure and Add-On while booking the trip or transport service.

14 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

30% Cancellation charges will be applied.

7 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

50% Cancellation charges will be applied.

3 Days before the Date of Departure for the trip:

75% Cancellation charges will be applied.

1 Day before the Date of Departure for the trip:

100% Cancellation charges will be applied.

Cancellation Policy for Hotel / Private Guest Rooms:

The following cancellation policy will be applied as per the Total Price Shown on the website for a Particular Hotel.

The cancellation policy for Booking Hotel Services will vary as per the respective Hotel and Shall vary as per the cancellation policy shown before confirmation of Booking.

Cancellation Policy for Airline Tickets:

The following cancellation policy will be applied as per the Total Price Shown on the website for a Particular Airline Ticket. Cancellation policy for Booking Airline Ticket will vary as per the respective Airline Policy and Shall vary as per the cancellation policy shown before confirmation of Booking.

Refund Policy:

Any refunds will be processed within 6 Working Weeks from the Date of Cancelling the Service.
