Upper Chitral is rich in terms of trekking, with Buni its capital lies in the centre with Tirich, Turikho valleys in the west, Broghil in the north and Shandoor on its north-east.

In short, Upper Chitral is the prologue of Wilderness with diverse landscape in every direction,

With an average elevation of above 1800m, rustic jagged mountains feature green meadows on tops and villages in their alluvial fans. The silverish grey Buni Zom 6542m, crowns upper Chitral and Baskhargol is the largest lake hiding in a sub valley of Laspur. 

Qaqlasht, Shandoor, Laspur, and Buni Zom Base Camp are its major attractions.
