Division of Karakoram & Hindu Raj

Ishkoman Valley runs north to south, divides Karakoram Range from Hindukush Mountains; and is base for many treks like Naltar via Pakora Pass, Broghil via Atar Pass and Chapursan via Chilnji Pass. The main river draining the valley comes from Karumbar Pass and is called Karumbar River above Chatorkhand ( capital of Ishkoman ).
