Hussaini Bridge

The Dangerous Bridge

The famous Hussaini Bridge connects village of Gulmit to the meadows across the Gojal River. Crossing this bridge is an adventure of its kind, its widely placed planks give the thrill of sheer drop it has from the river, with every step it gets more windy until you are almost to the other side. Hussaini offers a perfect view of Passu cones with Gojal river curving out of their feet. Once you stand are in the centre of bridge, watch your back as North Face of Ultar Sar rises in the far background. Although in case of extreme wind or rain one should avoid crossing Hussaini Bridge.
